I decided to make this raspberry vinegar when I saw beautiful picture in a book. The same day I made it. I really like the recipe, I plan to make it again. You can add a note on the raspberry vinegar bootle with subtitles like those: " You can spice salat, pickled chicken or turkey with raspberry vinegar, you can use it instead of lemon juice. Bon appetite!" It could be a perfect pressent!

0.7 litre of white vine vinegar - 1 puodelio šviežių prinokusių aviečių
1 cup of fresh ripe raspberry - 2 a.š. cukraus (50g.)
2 teaspoons of sugar
- Uogas nuplaukite ir nusausinkite.
Wash and drain berries - Dubenyje uogas sumaišykite su cukrumi ir lenvai sutraiškykite šakute.suberkite į butelį.
Mixed up berries with sugar and easily mash it with fork in bowl. put everything in a bootle. - Užpilkite vyno actu ir atsargiai išmaišykite.
Cover up berries and sugar mass with vine vinegar. - Sandariai užkimškite ir pastatykite tamsioje vietoje dviems savaitėms.
Seal everything tightly and put into dark place for two weeks. - Kai skystis taps gražios rubino spalvos , išpilstykite į gražius butelius.
When fluid will become a nice ruby color, pour everything into pretty bootles.
